Desired Qualifications
While varying by position, we generally look for candidates with the following qualifications.
Education
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Relevant technical programs for associate degree graduates
Technical Skills
- Programming language and technology experience relevant to the position
- Database management and SQL knowledge
- Experience in ERP, MES, IoT, or PLM areas (preferred)
Personal Qualities
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Open to learning, focused on continuous growth
- Willing to travel (for field projects)
